Privacy Policy
Updated 2026-07-29
This privacy policy describes how Yorbo handles information when you create short links, generate QR codes, and review click analytics.
Information we process
Depending on how you use Yorbo, we may process:
- Destination URLs and short codes you create
- Optional custom short codes and link metadata (such as creation and update times)
- Click totals and analytics events for short links
- Request metadata related to clicks (for example device, browser, country, and channel signals when available)
- Locale preference for the English/Thai interface
How we use information
We use this information to:
- Create, resolve, and manage short links
- Generate QR codes and related downloadable assets
- Show history, search, filtering, and management tools
- Aggregate and display analytics dashboards and per-link performance
- Improve reliability, caching, and abuse prevention
Analytics and caching
Click analytics may be aggregated for dashboards and charts. Some analytics API responses may be cached briefly through Cloudflare-friendly cache headers to reduce repeated aggregation work.
Data storage
Link and analytics data are stored in Yorbo’s database (SQLite-compatible schema via Drizzle, typically backed by Cloudflare D1 in production).
Retention and deletion
When you delete a short link, associated analytics events for that link are removed as part of the delete flow. Retention for remaining operational logs or cached responses may be limited by infrastructure defaults.
