Privacy Policy

Updated 2026-07-29

This privacy policy describes how Hanbo (หารบ่) handles information when you create and share bills, use PromptPay QR codes, receipt OCR, optional accounts, and push reminders.

Live site: bill.dolity.me

Information we process

Depending on how you use Hanbo, we may process:

  • Bill details (name, items, amounts, Service Charge/VAT, members, and settlement data)
  • PromptPay identifiers you attach to members for QR generation
  • Receipt images you upload for OCR, and extracted item/VAT/service-charge text returned by the OCR flow
  • Guest device identity via cookie (hanbo_device_id) and visitor tokens for shared bills
  • Account data if you sign in (email/password or Google OAuth via Better Auth)
  • Payment records and slip verification status (pending / verified / rejected)
  • Push notification tokens (FCM) when you enable reminders
  • Locale and theme preferences for the Thai/English interface
  • Optional analytics signals if Google Analytics is enabled

How we use information

We use this information to:

  • Create, edit, share, and settle bills
  • Generate PromptPay QR codes and payment tracking views
  • Run receipt OCR and suggest bill line items
  • Claim guest bills/templates after login and sync across devices
  • Send payment reminder notifications when requested
  • Improve reliability, security, and abuse prevention

Guest vs signed-in use

Hanbo is guest-first. Without an account, bills on a device are tied to the device cookie. After you sign in, guest bills and templates can be claimed and attached to your authenticated user so they follow you across browsers.

Storage

Application data is stored in Cloudflare D1 through a relational schema (Drizzle ORM), including bills, members, items, payments, guest sessions, and push tokens.

Sharing

When you share a bill, guests who open the share link can view bill details relevant to settlement and may select a member identity. Only share links with people you trust.

Retention and deletion

You can delete bills you control through the product’s delete flows. Payment and related records follow the bill lifecycle. Push tokens are used for reminders you initiate; disable or clear them by stopping notification registration on the device where possible.
